Alfa Laval is looking for a student or students who would like to work on the development of a roadmap for how Alfa Laval can improve the work with sustainable packaging.

The scope

To develop a roadmap for how Alfa Laval can improve the work with sustainable packaging. The study will be based on interviews with business units about their way of working with packaging, analyzing and suggesting better processes for reporting packaging data (inflow of sourced packaging materials in connection to CSRD) as well as increasing the knowledge about packaging solutions. 

Background

Alfa Laval has since a few years been working with increasing the knowledge about sustainable packaging and reporting of packaging data. We see that packaging needs to be addressed due to increased regulatory pressure and customer demands. Due to different practices in different parts of the organization this collection has proven difficult, and the value of a more structured way of dealing with packaging has been difficult to address.
