Professor Delphine Farmer from Colorado State University, Colorado, USA, will give a presentation on her work about 'Wildfire smoke: Tracking an atmospheric villain through air, leaves, and homes'.

Wildfires are increasing in frequency and severity due to climate change, land use management, and other social dimensions. With wildfire, comes smoke - and its associated air quality and health concerns. In this talk, I will share two smoke stories - one on how it interacts with plant leaves in forests, and one on how it interacts with buildings.
